The thoughtful dual-hook design allows you to position lights vertically or horizontally for the best visual impact and includes an extra hook to anchor icicle strands or stabilize extension cords. For Shingles: Insert between shingles. For a tighter fit, bend tab back.

For Gutters: Slide clip over edge of gutter. Slip light string into hook opening to hang.

1. Locate your electrical outlets before installing lights. It’s easier to light a home by starting near the outlet and running lights in both directions.
2. When installing lights, it is recommended to attach each light to the clip before installation. Recommended spacing for clips is every 6 to 18 inches. The secondary hook on the clips can be used to secure extension cords against movement due to wind.
3. Install C series lights by snapping them into clip.
For secure fit: Twist one side of the clip over the other.
Install mini lights by crossing one side of clip over the other, so that notches overlap, then squeeze sides of clip together and insert mini light.
4. For horizontal lamp installation: Press down on middle hinge while bending tab upward to 90°position. Middle hinge will pop “inside out,” holding tab up.
